For the 15th year in a row, OSHA reports that Fall Protection was once again the most cited workplace violation.
Every year, OSHA puts out their statistics for the most violations when it comes to safety. With the goal of educating and warning workers what the highest risks are, we can use this information to ensure our workplaces are working with us to make sure we can all make it to the most important part of the day, going home safe.
The top 10 OSHA violations for 2025 are:
Fall Protection – General Requirements: 5914 violations
Hazard Communications: 2,546 violations
