NWLE Return and Deposit Policy
RETURN POLICY
- Customer must provide a receipt at the time of return or exchange. Not all products are eligible for return. Please refer to line 3) for a list of ineligible or FINAL SALE
- All eligible products to be exchanged or returned for a full refund will have a 48 hour window to do so without a re-stocking fee. **All products are subject to inspection for return approval.Â
- The following Products are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return or exchange: 14’ & 16’ Step Ladders, 36’, 40’, 48’ & 60’ Extension Ladders, All Bending Brakes, All Aluminum stages over 24’.
- Boxed Products must include all original packaging and receipt (this may include instructions and hardware depending on the product). Restocking fee may be waived if exchanged within two weeks (14 days) per lines 5), & 6) below. Please refer to line 3) for a list of ineligible or FINAL SALE
- Exchanges for any higher priced product are not subject to a restocking fee within two weeks (14 days) after the original sale date. **All products are subject to inspection for return approval.
- Exchanges for any lower priced product are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% within two weeks (14 days) after the original sale date. **All products are subject to inspection for return approval.Â
- Refund Returns on ALL products are subject to a restocking fee of up to 40% within 30 days of the original sale date. **All products are subject to inspection for return approval.
- All Product with a Manufacturer’s defect will be EVEN EXCHANGE ONLY. **All Manufacturer Defects are subject to inspection.  Final Sale Products are only eligible for exchange if defect is present.
- Any product or equipment that has been exposed to weather or USED in any way is NOT RETURNABLE.
- SPECIAL ORDERS and Shipping charges are NOT RETURNABLE.
DEPOSIT POLICY
- Deposits are considered a pre-payment of any product or equipment that is back ordered, special ordered, or installed. Deposits are Tax-Exempt. Deposits will be deducted from final sale and shown on receipt.
- Deposits are required for all Installations, Special Orders, and Transfers from other locations.
- Special Order Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Installation Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if the scheduled installation is cancelled by the customer.
- Deposits for Back Ordered product or Transfers from the other locations become NON-REFUNDABLE two weeks (14 days) after date of deposit.
